The name Rêyê-isa Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Rêyê-isa Fêqê was founded by Ceryl Tshênhë, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Rêyê-isa Fêqê has a yearly average temperature of 26°C (78°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 29°C (84°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 24°C (75°F). Rêyê-isa Fêqê receives an average of 246 cm/y (96 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Rêyê-isa Fêqê covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 1886 m (6187 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Rêyê-isa Fêqê was founded durring the early 14th century in fall of the year 1331, by Ceryl Tshênhë. The establishment of Rêyê-isa Fêqê suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Rêyê-isa Fêqê which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.
Rêyê-isa Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Rêyê-isa Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Rêyê-isa Fêqê is buildings are arranged arround a network of narrow cobblestone streets which form a diagonal shaped grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller square has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town sits comfortably behind a palisade wall complete with a timber gatehouse and battlments. The town's timber-based walls are visibly old, but also obviously maintained semi-regularly. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with ocasional mantance of the towns defences.
A look around Rêyê-isa Fêqê is like a look into a broken heart which long ago fell to corruption. There is no planning, no organization. Everyone here clearly goes about their own thing with little thought to anyone around them who isn’t selling something they need… unless of course, they would be an easy target for some robbery. The town has truly fallen to evil.

Cultural Notes
There’s a relatively new religion in Rêyê-isa Fêqê which is rapidly gaining power. It might be a sectarian offshoot of a major faith, the unique product of a new prophet, or an outside faith backed by wealthy and powerful foreign supporters. Depending on the demands made on believers, the new faith may be a matter of concern only to the existing clergy, or it might be a major flashpoint for conflict in the community.
Rêyê-isa Fêqê's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for its striking sculptural forms and often dazzling ornamental detail that characterizes the buildings general shape. The radiant colors, rich patterns, and symmetrical silhouettes employed by this style were backed up by rich decorative features including gardens, courtyards, extruded arches, domes, pointed domes, vaulted ceilings, elaborate painted and inlaid designs, and decorative sculptures.
